HC600-SCBA

The HC600 is a cost-optimized, yet fully certified, self-contained breathing apparatus designed for reliable respiratory protection in demanding industrial environments.

Model: HC600
It complies with EN 136:1998 (Class 3+) and EN 137:2006 (Type 2) standards, holding full CE certification. It is also recognized under the Marine Equipment Directive (MED) for relevant maritime applications. Engineered with a focus on core functionality and durability, it features practical components such as a rubber head harness, flame-retardant fabric, a 90° self-locking cylinder valve, and provisions for an external airline connection. The HC600 provides an economical and dependable safety solution for extended operations in petrochemical, mining, smelting, and municipal confined space entry.

Industrial-Grade Durability: Constructed with robust materials including a carbon fiber composite cylinder, 304 stainless steel S-joint, and impact-resistant components, ensuring longevity in harsh industrial settings.
Essential Safety Features: Integrates core protective elements like a low-pressure alarm whistle (≥90 dB at 55±5 Bar), an overpressure safety valve, and an emergency Drag Rescue Device (DRD) on the backplate.
Extended Operation Capability: The optional Airline Unit with quick-connect design allows for continuous air supply beyond the primary cylinder, crucial for prolonged tasks in confined spaces like manholes or tanks.
Practical & User-Friendly Design: Features a lightweight, ergonomic backplate, a 270° wide-vision anti-fog facepiece, and a simple, reliable pressure reducer for straightforward operation and maintenance.
Certified Compliance: Meets essential European safety standards (EN136, EN137, CE) and carries MED recognition, providing verified protection for both land-based industrial and applicable marine operations.

Primarily designed for industrial and municipal sectors requiring certified, reliable respiratory protection:
Petrochemical & Chemical Plants: For maintenance, leak response, and entry into potentially hazardous atmospheres.
Mining & Smelting Operations: Protection against dust, fumes, and oxygen-deficient environments.
Municipal & Utility Work: Confined space entry such as manholes, sewers, and tanks.
Maritime Industrial Tasks: Suitable for onboard or port-side industrial operations where MED compliance is required.
